The Flower Pots Inn & Brewery
AP Projects were approached by The Flower Pots Inn & Brewery during the lockdown period to assist them with their vision of designing a brand new commercial kitchen that could deliver consistency in product quality at peak demand, whilst keeping waiting times down. We were tasked with designing a kitchen that is versatile to service their restaurant, but it also needed to have the capability to support their future function room.
AP Projects produced all MEP drawings which included detailed elevations and section drawings. We had the challenge of providing a full kitchen ventilation system in a short space of time. We introduced our extraction specialist to the project who worked closely with AP Projects to design a system to the highest specification, with low noise levels and minimal external visuals.
AP Projects were successful in winning the contract to supply and install the kitchen equipment and the full ventilation system. We ensured that the co-ordination between the client, builder, our suppliers, and our experienced engineers was maintained throughout the process to achieve the tight deadlines.
