AP Projects have successfully completed their latest project for Ibis Budget at Manchester Airport Terminal 2. Initially engaged as the catering contractor for the nearby Holiday Inn, AP Projects was subsequently enlisted to design and install the food and beverage facilities for the entire hotel.

Scope of Work

Our scope of work included the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment for the following areas:

Back of House Kitchen, Front of House Breakfast Servery, Staff Canteen, Bar.

Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Stainless Steel Fabrications, Extraction Canopies, Various Cooking Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Ice Machines, Cold Plate for Breakfast, Table Top Equipment.
