In Q4 2022, AP Projects was approached to collaborate with the client’s team to bring their vision to life.

Scope of Work

Our scope of work included the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment for the following areas:

Main Kitchen, New York Bistro Kitchen, New York Bistro Bar, Chinese Cricket Club Kitchen, Chinese Cricket Club Bar

Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Stainless Steel Fabrications, Extraction Canopies, Various Cooking Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Ice Machines, Keg Coolers, Hot & Cold Plates for Breakfast.
