Project Overview
AP Projects have successfully completed a project for OKJA, the South African based bakery and coffee brand who have opened their first store in the UK in Shoreditch. OKJA ethos is to guide people towards a more plant-based diet and to supply sustainable products to their clients.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work was to work with the OKJA team to create a visually attractive front of house area as well as back of house area which allowed them to work in the same way they do in their overseas sites.
Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Fabrication, Bespoke Extraction Canopy, Grease Management Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Food Preparation Equipment, Specialist Bakery Refrigeration Equipment and Undercounter Refrigeration Equipment.
AP Projects had many difficult challenges with the clients and interior designers very specific requirements of how they wanted the work spaces to flow. The bespoke fabrication had to be precise to work in tight spaces and all of the equipment supplied were specified to a very high standard to ensure their first flagship site in the UK will last till the end of time.
