Project Overview
AP Projects have successfully completed the latest addition to the Fego portfolio. We partnered with an experienced construction project management company to complete front of house and back of house kitchens for Fego in the sought-after area of Ascot.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work was to work with key partners chosen within project to design and install functional kitchen areas to enable the client to produce the most amazing cakes, pastries and food to be served throughout the day.
Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Fabrication, Bespoke Extraction Canopy, Cooking Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Food Preparation Equipment and Undercounter Refrigeration Equipment
AP Projects managed to complete this installation to the same standard as the other Fego sites and more importantly handed the project over to them before the famous Royal Ascot Horse Racing Event.
