Project Overview
AP Projects have successfully completed their latest project in London for a financial firm. After successfully completing work on the Broker Café in 2021, the financial firm approached AP Projects again to refurbish all the counters. We collaborated closely with the operations team to redesign the food and beverage offerings, producing detailed 3D visuals and selecting eco-friendly materials.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work included the supply and installation of Countering, Catering Equipment, Joinery and Electrical Works.
Key Deliverables were Bespoke Modifications to the Stainless Steel Under Frames Fabrications, Chilled Multi-Deck Display, Bespoke Glass Display, Energy Efficient Refrigeration, New Finishes to Worktops & Countering.
AP Projects executed the project over a jam-packed weekend, achieving handover on Sunday evening. The operations team reopened the Café to their brokers on Monday morning.
