AP Projects were approached by a financial firm to undertake the works of refurbishing their existing Broker Café. Their vision was to create a trendy café within the 16-storey building for their brokers to discuss business over a coffee. Our design team were tasked with improving the image of the café, but to also create added value to the operation of the café. We spent many hours working with their design team on the finer details of the joinery within the project to ensure it would meet their high expectations.

The project management team had to overcome a handful of hurdles on this project. We had to adjust the structural support of the existing back counter to allow for our engineers to install a 200KG multi-deck. Our team had to work efficiently on site to handover the café on time to the operations team. AP Projects were the principal contractor and undertook the builders works, MEP works, supply and installation of the joinery and catering equipment.
