Project Overview
AP Projects recently completed a vibrant new establishment, Café Lovelife, in Digbeth, Birmingham. We partnered with a food and beverage consultant to design and install an open kitchen and bar for this 70-seat Mediterranean café. The concept was to offer a distinctive brunch experience with freshly baked pastries, juices, and award-winning coffee by day, while transitioning to an evening menu featuring signature tapas-style dishes, organic wines, and cocktails.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work included the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment for both the Kitchen and Bar.
Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Stainless Steel Fabrications, Bespoke Extraction System, Cooking Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Ice Machines, Wine Cooler, Table Top Equipment.
AP Projects took great pleasure in bringing this dynamic cafe to life and contributing to its unique dining experience.
