Project Overview
AP Projects recently completed an exciting cinema project in partnership with Backlot Cinema & Diner in Blackpool. We partnered with a food and beverage consultant to design and install the diner kitchen and bar, as well as the concession kitchen and bar. One of the main objectives was to create a kitchen for an all-day American diner that will serve delicious burgers, hotdogs, wings & shakes. A significant focus was placed on energy efficiency, achieving all-electric kitchens on both floors.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work included the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment for both Kitchens & Bars.
Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Stainless Steel Fabrications, Bespoke Extraction Canopies, Cooking Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Thermodyne’s, Grease Management, Ice Machines, Fire Suppression System.
