AP Projects have successfully completed their latest project in London at 30 Pavilion Road, Knightsbridge. The boutique hotel underwent a significant re-investment, during which AP Projects was tasked with designing and installing a finishing kitchen within a tight space. Collaborating closely with the hotel owner, we ensured every detail was meticulously addressed.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work included the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment for the Kitchens.
Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Stainless Steel Fabrications, Bespoke Extraction UV System, Cooking Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Fire Suppression System, Commercial Grade Flooring & Wall Finishes.
AP Projects delivered a comprehensive solution, maximising space to the millimetre while maintaining exceptional functionality. The completed kitchen were seamlessly handed over to the hotel’s dedicated contract caterers.
