Project Overview
AP Projects recently completed the successful establishment of Akub Restaurant in London, collaborating with renowned Palestinian chef Fadi Kattan on his debut London venture. We partnered closely with the Akub team, guiding them from the initial concept designs for the kitchen and bar to executing the installation as the chosen catering contractor. Chef Fadi’s vision of introducing his innovative and bold flavors to the capital was brought to life with our support.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work included the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment for both the Basement Kitchen and Bar.
Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Stainless Steel Fabrications, Cooking Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Ice Machines, Table Top Equipment.
