Project Overview

AP Projects recently completed the refurbishment at West Smethwick Park Pavilion & Café in Birmingham. Our team was tasked with providing and installing commercial catering equipment to facilitate the café’s opening to the public. We collaborated closely with key stakeholders to ensure the project remained within the desired budget.

Scope of Work

Our scope of work included the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment. Key Deliverables were Countering, Bespoke Stainless Steel Fabrications, Refrigeration Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Multi-Deck Display, Security Roller Shutter,  Merrychef Oven, Coffee Machine, Chilled & Ambient Food Displays.

Additionally, we appointed our electrical contractor to carry out all necessary electrical upgrades to accommodate the new kitchen layout.

AP Projects completed the project on schedule and within budget. The café is now fully operational and has become a lively center for park visitors, enhancing the community’s experience and boosting the park’s appeal.
