AP Projects have successfully completed their latest project for Holiday Inn at Manchester Airport Terminal 2. We partnered with a food and beverage consultant to design and install the kitchens, bars and breakfast servery for this new 412 bed hotel.

Scope of Work

Our scope of work included the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment for the following areas:

Back of House Main Kitchen, Front of House Open Kitchen, Bar, Breakfast Servery, Staff Canteen,

Key Deliverables were All Bespoke Stainless Steel Fabrications, Countering, Extraction Canopies, Various Cooking Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment, Ware Washing Equipment, Ice Machines, Walk In Cold-Rooms & Freezer Rooms, Cellar Cooling, Hot & Cold Plate for Breakfast, Table Top Equipment.
