AP Projects were responsible for the supply and installation of the back of house commercial kitchen, catering equipment within the breakfast servery and bar. Our team worked closely with CitizenM to bring this project to life. Later in the project we were instructed to design and supply the stainless-steel element of the bar. We had to ensure we designed the bar to an incredibly high standard to match CitizenM exceptional standards.
We had to very carefully co-ordinate with the fitout contractor to ensure all our catering equipment would fit perfectly within their joinery. We encountered many obstacles throughout the project, but with the knowledge and experience within our team, we always provided a solution for CitizenM.
